Perry Builders LLC(Raleigh) - Nightmare!!!

After my closing, the floor is squeaking in a number of places on the 2nd floor, I have some type of bugs or warms that enter from the pipe system into the toilets and sink. I have trying unsuccessfully so far, to get these issues resolved....I talked to my neighbors, they got similar situations too....I lived in Putle home before...they might be not good...but trust me...Perry builders and Jordan built home(local builders) are even worse..... We have numerous issues with this company starting with lack of communication from salesman to lack of performance with construction and continuing on to the weak service after the closing. Perry/Jordan Builder is very convincing in the beginning about what the company as a whole can do for us. However, after closing, there is totally different story. They never keep their promise....Do yourself a favor and never buy a Perry or Jordan home, - a resident of Keystone crossing (RTP)

The first writer is correct! I purchases a Jordan Built home and it was a nightmare.

the construction crew was using my water after I moved in and my outside electrical outlet without my permission. My son stated that one of the crew man were walking around with the master keys trying to get into people's homes. I purchased my home 4 years ago and now the nails are coming out of the wall. The floor squeaks because it is not real wood, but the faking looking wood or whatever you call it.

My roof is leaking and the inspector says that it probably has been for some time. I have to fix it all myself now.

not to mention that the outside of my home looks like it has water damage. my neighbor told me it looks like they just through the house together.

How about if Perry does not follow through with there 1 year warranty contract which leaves several major issues needing to be fixed. These issues will therefore have to come out of the homeowners pocket and part of the reason for buying a new home was so that home repairs do not have to be paid for during the first year.

What does Jordan Built Homes have to do with Perry Builders? Because Perry sucks you think Jordan sucks also?

Lets see which of the two companies are in business in two more months. . . And oh my gosh!

I can't believe your house, made of wood, has a squeeks!!! And bugs that come in through the pipes! You are too funny.

Real convincing argument as to why Perry and Jordan suck. You are too funny.

Can't argue about Jordan b/c I have no experience w/ them but if you want to argue about Ryan Perry's quality for a second, you're a ***. I have lived in my Ryan Perry built home for 7 years and there is always a leak, a foundation issue, siding coming off, roof issue found, etc...it never ends. This guy is an awful builder under any company's name...stay away!
